Millennium Environmental personnel lead an in-depth Process Hazards Analysis (PHA) to ensure that all normal and abnormal operating scenarios are identified.

Millennium Environmental develops complete Management of Change (MOC) programs relating to process chemicals, technology, procedures and equipment. These programs ensure that all changes to a process are properly reviewed and that hazards introduced by change are identified, analyzed and controlled prior to resuming facility operations.

Millennium Environmental develops Management Systems that control risk. This includes procedural development, Emergency Response Plans, operating instructions and working with our clients to assign responsibilities for the overall program and by defining lines of authority.
